Refund policy

If items are undamaged you may return them and receive a full refund. However you are responsible for shipping cost both ways. You must contact us by email to do so nanaimorockandgem@gmail.com 

Note that some items may not be returnable and it is up to Nanaimo Rock and Gem to determine if your items can be returned.
